Shipping Information

Fast Track to Your Doorstep

We know waiting is the hardest part when you’re eager to upgrade your ride. Here’s what to expect:

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays)
  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – arrives in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $50 ship free via EMS – arrives in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note for international racers: Delivery times may vary based on customs processing. Some remote areas in Asia may not be serviceable.

Our Return Promise

We stand behind our Traxxas-compatible parts, high-performance batteries, and racing accessories with a 15-day return window from delivery date. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

To protect all RC enthusiasts, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Paints (due to chemical handling regulations)
  • Opened or used electronics & accessories (batteries, control line components)
  • Discount items marked as final sale

3-Step Return Process

1. Request Authorization

2. Package Securely

Once approved:

  • Repack items in original packaging with all included parts (wheels, tires, hardware)
  • Include the original packing slip

3. Ship Back

Pro Tip: We recommend insured shipping – you’re responsible until we receive the package.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless due to our error

International customers: Refunds will be issued in your original payment currency. Bank processing times may vary.

Exchange Policy

Need different car & truck replacement parts or charging accessories?

  1. Follow the standard return process
  2. Clearly state your desired exchange item(s)
  3. We’ll email a price difference invoice if applicable
  4. Your new items ship once payment clears (with expedited processing for racers in a bind!)

Racer’s Quick Fix Tip

Before returning wheels & tires or replacement parts, email photos of any defects to [email protected]. Our RC-savvy team might solve the issue without a return!

Damaged or Incorrect Items?

If your pit equipment or tools arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the issue and packaging
  • We’ll cover return shipping and expedite replacements
